Packing Tips
- Bubble or paper wrap protects your breakables
- Cover furniture & mattresses to prevent dust
- Disassembling furniture makes moving easier
- Lay books flat in the box to prevent cover damage
- Label boxes with content description and room name
- Pack heavy items on the bottom of the box
- Packing peanuts prevents shifting during transit
- Pads or blankets protect furniture from scratches
- Place a layer of cushioning at the bottom of each box
- Put heavy items in smaller boxes for easy carrying
- Secure all box seams with at least 4″ of sealing tape
